A visually mesmerizing and inspiring work — the perfect coffee table book for interior design aficionados, architecture lovers, and style-conscious Paris fans

Home of Chanel to LVMH, Paris extends its style influence well beyond Fashion Week. By the time the renowned furniture trade show Maison et Objet opens its doors, the French fashion capital reveals itself to be a barometer of taste and aesthetics and a magnet for the who’s who of the interior design world. Caroline Sarkozy is one of the insiders who knows precisely how to lend apartments, houses, and lofts that “je ne sais quoi” factor. Sarkozy, who lives and works in Paris, has tremendous expertise and a unique, elegant style that is perfectly at home in luxurious interiors around the world. She grew up in the USA, the Middle East, and Africa, and together with French photographer Jean-François Jaussaud, she whisks us into the personal living spaces of the most beautiful arrondissements of Paris in the second edition of Living in Style Paris. From timeless, understated interiors and ornate, yet refined Art Deco apartments to spectacular dream oases at the city’s edge: captured in opulent pictures and carefully curated, this book provides an intimate look at the work of design greats such as Muriel Brandolini, Juan Montoya, Joseph Dirand, Christian Astuguevieille, Luis Laplace, Olivier Dwek and Chahan Minassian, Studio KO, and the exclusive hideaways in the metropolis on the Seine that are normally hidden away from prying eyes.

As an interior designer, CAROLINE SARKOZY travels all around the world. She decorates the very private interiors of international clients to which she brings luxury, comfort and French elegance. Sarkozy, through her eclectic and never-ending curiosity, creates for her clients unique collections of objects and furniture. From a nomadic childhood, in the footsteps of a diplomatic stepfather, Caroline has acquired an acute taste for travel. She succeeds in combining charm and thoroughness, giving authenticity and personality to the homes she decorates. She dares to mix styles, textures and colors. With her degree from the Parsons School of Design in New York City, her collaboration with Andrée Putman has given her a recognition. Creating her own studio in 1998, CS Décoration in Paris, Sarkozy handles international projects, mixing her original creations with detailed and elegant interior design schemes.

JEAN-FRANÇOIS JAUSSAUD is the founding director of photo production and brand image consulting firm Luxproductions Photo Agency. For thirty years, the eagle-eyed photographer has brought us a unique take on the creative arts. Passionate about architecture, design and decoration, he photographs interiors designed by the biggest names in the world for a number of high-end international magazines, including Architectural Digest, Vogue, ELLE, The World of Interiors, House & Garden, The New York Times Magazine and Wallpaper. He also creates the visuals for the catalogs of major French brands such as Hermès, silversmiths Christofle, and champagne house Ruinart. He presents his work at personal exhibitions and has published various books, including Vivre avec l’art (ELLE Décoration with GMÉditions) in 2015 and Inside Venice (Rizzoli USA) in 2016. His next book, to be released soon, will take a behind-the-scenes look at the house and workshops of Louise Bourgeois, the fruit of eleven years of close collaboration with the artist.

A journalist, editor and artistic director specializing in decorating, interior design, the creative arts and lifestyle, CAROLINE CLAVIER has collaborated with a number of leading interior decorating magazines. For the past few years, she has been working for the titles Côté Paris and Côté Sud (Altice Media Group). Finely attuned to all things luxurious, she published the highly creative magazine of the Hôtel de Crillon for five years. Her latest book, Artisans du luxe français, a collaboration with photographer Jean-Marc Palisse published by Éditions de La Martinière, takes an intimate behind-the-scenes tour of the workshops of France’s leading luxury brands. She has also spent the last two years designing and launching The Invisible Collection, a website selling furniture by the biggest names in French interior design.

An astonishing collection of super glamorous interiors with a sumptuous style that draw on art deco for inspiration

What does a contemporary Art Deco interior look like to you? Is it glittering and cabaret-like, featuring marabou trims, sequin scales, and striking chevron stripes? Or is it elegance personified in the manner of a Marlene Dietrich trouser suit — soft and well-tailored, but accessorised dramatique?

Through jewel-like furnishings that light up the room, ornate mirrors as beautiful as brooches, simple Japanese-style lighting, and bold, curvaceous furniture shapes, join design journalist Claire Bingham as she tours the most sumptuous, modern-day Deco interiors — at home, on holiday, in restaurants and bars. Spanning ritzy venues to sublimely-styled houses, Living in Style The New Art Deco is all about 21st century Deco-inspired interiors — vivid, glamorous, polished, and self-assured.

With chapters focusing on all facets of the Art Deco look, including designers, design details, paint palettes, and Art Deco accessories, this gorgeous interiors book opens the door to exclusive, charismatic, contemporary Deco spaces and offers abundant Art Deco design ideas and inspiration for beginners and experts alike. Vintage photographs contextualize the featured interiors, showcasing the icons of Art Deco that have immortalized the era and style. From 1920s and 1930s trendsetters swathed in silks and furs to swanky Dimore Studio-designed salons, this book celebrates the enduring appeal of a halcyon design age as modern and desirable as it is elaborate and luxurious.

CLAIRE BINGHAM is an interiors journalist who writes about design, travel, and style for several publications worldwide. Before becoming an author, including the teNeues books Modern Living and A Beautiful Mess, she was the Homes Editor for Elle Decoration U.K. and her insightful work has been featured in international glossies, including Vogue Living and Architectural Digest. Scouring the globe for inspiring interiors and discovering the talents behind the scenes, she ultimately writes about homes full of character — be it modern-day glamour or old world, disheveled charm.

Includes private homes as well as chic hotels, stylish restaurants, and trendy bars

Tuscan Treasures. A collection of gorgeous homes in the Italian countryside

Step into some of the most beautiful havens of Tuscany. Grand patrician homes and rural hermitages alike open their doors to reveal Medici pottery, sun-kissed drawing rooms, and colorful tiled floors. With detailed captions and crisp photography, this portfolio presents each home and its interior to paint a gorgeous picture of Tuscan living.

Under the burning Tuscan sun roll marvelous hills, vineyards, and olive groves — all postcard-perfect landscapes nestling centuries-old towns, rural villas, and contadino farmhouses. We’ve tracked down the best examples of such havens to paint a warm-hued picture of the look and feel of Tuscan living.

Follow in Michelangelo’s footsteps to the Eremo Santa Maria Maddalena, a medieval hermitage nestled in the steep Arezzo hillside. Take a dip in the California-style pool of Roberto Budini Gattai, the architect who turned a modest winegrower’s house into a dazzling homage to David Hockney. Cool down in the tiled bedrooms of the Villa Villoresi, where, legend has it, Dante’s wife took refuge during the poet’s exile in the early 14th century.

This collection gathers the region’s most remarkable homes and interiors, complete with insightful captions and enthralling double spreads. Across contemporary architecture and traditional craftsmanship, minimal earthenware and decadent furniture, we discover all the natural tones and sun-kissed textures of Tuscany.
