The 1990s saw the re-emergence of major tall buildings in Europe, particularly in the Netherlands, UK and Germany. This book will examine the significant tall buildings of Europe and similar projects in Moscow and Istanbul. In recent years, the Middle East has emerged as a centre for new tall buildings, with the construction of several very tall buildings in Dubai and Riyadh; commercial and residential projects in Tel Aviv; and tall buildings planned for Cairo. This publication will focus on buildings completed in the 90s and the early years of the new millennium in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It will also feature most of the 'still-to-be-completed' major tall building projects and a selection of those constructed each decade throughout the 20th century. Авторами книги «Вентиляция многоэтажных жилых зданий» являются профессор И. Ф. Ливчак и канд. техн. наук А. Л. Наумов. Имя профессора И. Ф Ливчака находится в первом ряду талантливых отечественных ученых, инженеров и проектировщиков, которые создали основы науки и практики вентиляции не только многоэтажных, но даже первых отечественных высотных зданий. А. Л. Наумов осуществил проектирование с последующим научным обследованием вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха ряда уникальных и демонстрационных объектов и на сегодняшний день является обладателем интереснейшего по практической значимости материала.
В книге «Вентиляция многоэтажных жилых зданий» рассматривается воздухообмен в жилых многоэтажных зданиях с учетом всех действующих на него факторов: разности температур внутреннего и наружного воздуха, скорости и направления ветра, специфики вентиляционных устройств, а также планировочных и конструктивных особенностей здания.
Приводятся рекомендации о необходимом воздухообмене в квартире с учетом разнообразия выделяющихся вредных веществ. Дается описание применяемых вентиляционных устройств, в том числе в московских высотных зданиях, построенных в 1940-1950-х годах, их недостатки и пути совершенствования. Показана целесообразность применения приточно-вытяжной вентиляции с механическим побуждением, позволяющей использовать тепло удаляемого из здания вентиляционного воздуха и обеспечивающей экономию энергии. Даны решения по улучшению состояния приточного воздуха, подаваемого в квартиры и имеющего повышенные загрязнения приземной городской атмосферы. Учитывая преимущества и имеющийся положительный опыт длительной эксплуатации в экспериментальных зданиях приточной вентиляции, совмещенной с воздушным отоплением, в монографии приведены необходимые сведения о применении этих систем. Отдельно освещается вопрос климатизации и вентиляции квартир в летний период.
