Студия «Арт диалог» напрямую ассоциируется с мастерством ее руководителей. Диалог о дизайне ведут двое. Она и он. Она – Елена Крутских. Он – Дмитрий Литвинов. Они давно заработали себе непререкаемый авторитет среди профессионалов Екатеринбурга. Признанные специалисты, тем не менее, избегают регалий и статусов. Они грамотно выполняют свою работу, учатся и открывают новые горизонты. Под их руководством было реализовано более 300 проектов. Тандем поставил своеобразный рекорд по количеству проектов, представленных в монографии. Что особенно приятно, в их случае, количество не отрицает качество и подтверждает многогранный талант руководителей студии «Арт Диалог»!

Стараясь следовать любимому принципу самого дизайнера – меньше, да лучше, мы отобрали и представили только самые интересные проекты. Михаил Хусаинов в работе – максималист, хотя в дизайне предпочитает минимализм. В свое время перспективный архитектор подключился к работе над интерьерами в силу обстоятельств – в 90-е годы особенно быстро стало развиваться частное строительство и «внутреннее» проектирование. Поклонник постмодернизма, Михаил «нашел себя» в чистой форме без декора и деталей, это стало творческим кредо, которое он с успехом реализует в каждом проекте. Большинство интерьеров дизайнера полноценно иллюстрируют стиль минимализм со всеми его атрибутами и особенностями, вместе с тем автор прекрасно владеет языком классики и хай-тека, не чужд ему и ар-деко. Несмотря на европейский характер созданных им проектов, сам Михаил живет согласно принципам восточной культуры, кроме западной собранности, ему свойственны созерцательность и редкое умение не растрачивать энергию по пустякам. Он лаконичен и прост в общении, знает цену паузам, умеет не расплескать ценные знания, силы и средства, вот почему его дома – всегда «полная чаша», в них так мало вещей, но все есть. Воля к пустоте, присущая дизайнеру, определяет свободолюбивый характер пространства, в котором можно смело праздновать торжество духа над материей.

Илья Юсупов и Кристина Косьянковская – дуэт художников, совместное творчество которых вылилось в несколько мощных проектов. Самый известный из них «Диптих». За названием, воздающим дань традициям русской живописной школы, скрывается тандем современных авторов, улавливающих самые актуальные тенденции дизайна, синтезирующих техники и приемы из разных областей искусства, адекватно воспринимающих реальность и рассматривающих пространство как поле для преобразований и поисков. Годами заработанный авторитет позволяет смело предлагать, а главное воплощать собственные проекты. Их мнение не просто слушают, его ждут, требуют, полагаясь на опыт, а иногда и просто на интуицию мастера. Почерк «Диптиха» всегда разный, но неизменно качество, отношение к работе и масштабность ее восприятия. И в большой росписи, и в миниатюрных произведениях, выполненных в технике горячей эмали, чувствуется монументальность. Она присутствует в каждой работе, как сам дух творчества мастерской, это то, что не позволяет рассматривать произведение как коммерческую единицу, как один лот или позицию из увесистого портфолио, то, что делает каждый проект частью культурного контекста.

50 лет назад отряд из 20 советских космонавтов под руководством Сергея Королева готовился покорить космос. В космонавты выбрали лётчиков-истребителей в возрасте до 35 лет, ростом до 175 см, весом до 75 кг. Летом 1960 года была выделена группа из шести космонавтов, которая продолжила непосредственную подготовку к первому полёту человека в космос. 12 апреля 1961 года первый космический полёт совершил Юрий Гагарин.
Конечно наша история не такая громкая и пафосная, но отбор дизайнеров был не менее строгий, а критерии может быть даже более строгие. В первый сборник молодых интерьерных дизайнеров Екатеринбурга редакция выбирала талантливых молодых людей с чувством меры, вкусом и опытом реализации проектов. В мае 2011 года был обозначен первый состав группы, состоявший из более 20 дизайнеров, в июле этого же года были выделены 10 из них, определены проекты для публикации и началась нелегкая работа по их подготовке к печати. 1 сентября 2011 года после трех месяцев кропотливой работы журнал был сдан в печать. 9 сентября в Екатеринбурге на площадке перед зданием, где располагается офис издательства TATLIN по адресу улица Малышева, дом 105, он был впервые представлен публике.

Дизайн-группа SOLO принадлежит к молодому поколению активных креативных команд, уверенно набирающих обороты. Этому сообществу повезло – в том, что касается дизайна, коллеги единодушны, каждый оказался перфекционистом, нацеленным на совершенный результат и равнодушным к аплодисментам окружающих. Следуя выбранным курсом, без лишних эмоций, они довольно скоро достигли вершины. В SOLO не боятся работать с цветом и никогда не идут на поводу у заказчиков, за что последние им в итоге благодарны. Авторы единодушно считают, что профессионал должен уметь работать во всех направлениях, сами прекрасно справляются с интерьером в любом стиле. В реальности же дизайнерам нередко приходится упираться в границы низкого бюджета, проявлять смекалку, выкручиваться и из минимума мастерски выдавать максимум. Выступая за чистоту и подлинность, они успели не раз доказать, что избирательность, принципиальность и движение в одном направлении всегда приводят к нужному результату.
