He was a professor of Asian Art History at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and director of the International Hokusai Research Centre in Milan. Kerrie Hess is one of the top lifestyle illustrators in the world. Her clients include Ladurée, Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Kate Spade, Lancôme, NET-A-PORTER, Harrods, Printemps Paris, Laurent Perrier, Neiman Marcus, the Plaza Athenée, and many more. Hess has also done private portrait commissions for Emma Watson and Ariana Grande and has been featured in five solo exhibitions around the world. She has lived in London, Hong Kong, Melbourne, and Paris. She currently resides in Brisbane, Australia, with her husband and son.
