Albert Watson, born in Edingburgh in 1942, is among the world's most revered fashion and commercial photographers. He studied graphic design and film before launching his career in photography in Los Angeles in 1971. He moved to New York in 1976 and began photographing extensively for magazines as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, GQ, Live, Time, Rolling Stone and Stern. He was the official Royal Photographer for Prince Andrew's wedding to Sarah Ferguson.
