In more than 2,000 issues, British Vogue magazine has acted as a cultural barometer, putting fashion in the context of the larger world in which we live – how we dress, how we entertain, what we eat, listen to, watch, who leads us, excites us and inspires us.

Decade by decade, Vogue 100: A Century of Style celebrates the greatest moments in fashion, beauty and portrait photography. Illustrated throughout with well - known images, as well as the less familiar and recently rediscovered, the book focuses on the faces that shaped the cultural landscape: from Matisse to Bacon, Freud and Hirst, from Dietrich to Paltrow, from Fred Astaire to David Beckham, from Lady Diana Cooper to Lady Diana Spencer.

"Московский Международный Фестиваль "Мода и стиль в фотографии 2003" стартует в столице уже в третий раз. За эти годы фестиваль стал одним из главных культурных событий не только в нашем городе, но и во всей России, превращал Москву в фотографическую столицу Восточной Европы. Как всегда в рамках фестиваля наряду с выставками мастеров отечественной фотографии представлено множество интересных зарубежных проектов, в организации которых объединили усилия многие международные культурные институты. Московский Международный Фестиваль "Мода и стиль в фотографии 2003" проходит в рамках протокола о культурном сотрудничестве между Мэрией Москвы и Мэрией Парижа. Существенная помощь в организации фестиваля была оказана Министерством иностранных дел Франции (AFAA). Четвертый Московский международный фестиваль "Мода и стиль в фотографии 2005" по традиции представляет выставочные проекты звезд мировой фотографии, работающих в области моды и стиля.
Уже во второй раз, в Москве, в рамках фестиваля "Мода и стиль в фотографии", состоится мировая премьера нового проекта Сары Мун "Красной нитью", по мотивам сказки Шарля Перро "Синяя Борода", включающего серию работ и видеофильм, который можно считать одной из самых ярких и пронзительных презентаций художественного мира Сары Мун.
В фестивалях "Мода и стиль в фотографии" традиционно участвуют выставки, подготовленные куратором фотографической коллекции Национального фонда современного искусства (FNAC) Аньес де Гувьон Сен-Сир.
На фестивале также представлены авторские проекты российских художников, работающих на грани "моды и стиля" и современной концептуальной фотографии. Среди них можно отметить выставки Бориса Бендикова, Али Есипович, Валерия Кацубы, Татьяны Либерман, Олега Маслова и других.

Каталог международного фестиваля «Мода и стиль в фотографии'2007», в который вошли избранные работы фотографов: Жака-Анри Лартига/Jacques-Henri Lartigue и Норманна Паркинсона/Norman Parkinson, Вальтера Карона/Walter Carone и Жана Ларивьера/Jean Lariviere, Франсуазы Югье/Francoise Huguier и Франсуа-Мари Банье/Francois-Marie Banier, Сары Мун/Sarah Moon и Пьера и Жиля/Pierre et Gilles, а также российских авторов.

В год российско-итальянских культурных связей, организаторы выставки отдали предпочтение работам итальянских мастеров фотографии. Показаны работы таких именитых мастеров, как Микеланджело Пистолетто, Миммо Джодиче, Габриеле Базилико, Франко Фонтана.
