About the Author:

Boles frequently lectures at design centers, museums, and show houses around the country. In a 2013 article about Ms. Boles in the New York Times, Stephen Drucker observed, “Jennifer isn’t the usual facile love-love-love decorating blogger.” Mr. Drucker then added, “She’s a serious student of decorating history. Her head is filled with photos of rooms, and she sees patterns among them that no one else sees. She’s like Claire Danes in ‘Homeland,’ but for living rooms.”
