Про автора:

Історик мистецтва Вільям Хеннессі викладав у Вассар-коледжі, Канзаському університеті, Кентуккійському університеті та Мічиганському університеті, а також керував художніми музеями в кожному з цих закладів. З 1997 по 2014 рік він був директором Музею мистецтв Крайслера в Норфолку, штат Вірджинія.
