About the Authors:
Tiny von Wedel grew up in Hamburg and South Africa and has lived and worked in Los Angeles, Marbella, Marrakech, London and other cities around the world. She is now a book author (Living in Style Mallorca, Cool Escapes Mallorca, Living in Style Ibiza) and also writes articles on lifestyle, travel, people, living, and food as well as interviews, columns, and essays. Von Wedel divides her time between Mallorca and Hamburg, where she continues to complete interior design projects for customers at COPPER HOUSE LIVING, her interior design studio.
Marc Steinhauer holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Stuttgart as well as a Master of Architecture from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL). His work experience includes a variety of worldwide projects specializing in high-end hospitality. After spending his formative years in Europe, he relocated to the Middle East and realized many prestigious projects with renowned consultancies and developers. Amongst others, he participated in the Burj Khalifa skyscraper (NORR GROUP), the Armani Hotel (NORR GROUP), contributed to the master planning for Palm Jebel Ali (Nakheel), and built a modern neighborhood mosque in Dubai (WWF Architects).
